One of the advantages to having a 77,000-square-foot facility is that we have much more open space than most printing companies, and we utilize much of that warehousing area to help our customers address their product distribution and inventory maintenance needs.
Some of our fulfillment services include:
Basic Warehousing for simply storing your materials for shipment at a later date – the old "order 100,000 now but only deliver 10,000 and hold the rest" model.
Advanced Warehousing for storing and distributing a variety of materials on a semi regular basis. This is usually an “on-demand” or pre-scheduled release of material to known locations and in predetermined quantities.
Pick-Pack-Ship allows our customers to have dozens or even hundreds of items (or “skews”) warehoused and then individual orders that consist of multiple components are “picked” from the bin or shelf, “packed” in the predetermined carton type and “shipped” using FedEx, UPS, USPS, Common Carrier or Our Truck. These items are not all printed material. Most customers send us shirts, mugs, bags and a plethora of items to be a part of their program in addition to the printed pieces.
Using our web-based platform customers may order directly from us or we can connect to their existing website to route pick-pack-ship orders to our system as soon as they are placed. Our inventory system keeps real-time updates of all materials and allows us to report your inventory balances, usage and re-order timing very accurately.
